Shoppers and passersby at Lot 10 Shopping Centre were pleasantly surprised to find the unusual sight of brilliantly coloured kites hanging at the shopping centre’s two main entrances. All part of YTL’s latest project – Lake Fields at Sungei Besi, the kites were an interesting and creative way to demonstrate double volume space, just one of the key features of the homes at Lake Fields. By looking up at the kites, shoppers would instantly experience the sense of extra space as offered by the immense height of the living rooms at Lake Fields.

These 3-storey homes designed for ‘The Art of Living Large’ begin at 2500 sq ft and come complete with kitchen and bathroom fixtures, a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and much more. In addition, Lake Fields is strategically linked to the heart of Kuala Lumpur’s city centre by all major highways, allowing residents easy accessibility to every corner of the city.

As part of a registration exercise, postcards were also handed out along Bintang Walk to draw people to the Lake Fields show room located on the third floor of Starhill Shopping Centre.
