Kuala Lumpur – Friday, 22 May 2009
Syarikat Pembenaan Yeoh Tiong Lay Sdn Bhd (SPYTL) today announced the resounding success of its newest commercial development, The Trillium, the second of its property projects located in the established Sungei Besi neighbourhood. Within one week of its official launch held last week, property buyers rushed to snap up all 60 units of The Trillium’s first phase of 3-storey shop offices, generating a total GDV of RM60 million for SPYTL.
Commenting on the overwhelming response, Mr. Edward Lee, General Manager of Property Department, SPYTL said, “Given the current economic conditions and the general health of the real estate market, we are extremely thrilled that discerning property buyers have recognized the value of The Trillium’s offerings.
“The sell-out of The Trillium has certainly proven that a quality product with the right location can weather any cycle of the market. This is coupled with our strong track record of delivering high capital appreciation on all our properties, in turn maximizing value for us, our purchasers and our investors.”
The Trillium, labeled as Kuala Lumpur’s next business hotspot is set to redefine Sungei Besi’s retail and commercial landscape with its modern take on traditional shop offices upon its completion by the first quarter of 2010. Besides its spacious built-up that starts from 4,805 sq. ft, The Trillium’s other winning advantage is its strategic location that places the development within immediate reach of both KL city centre and PJ.
The new business precinct is located within five highways - MMR2, Besraya Highway, Kesas Highway, New Pantai Expressway and the new Maju Expressway which provides direct access to Putrajaya and the KL International Airport. Public transportation is also available via the Sungei Besi LRT station, which is within walking distance and the Serdang KTM Komuter station is 10 minutes away. The new Bandar Tasik Selatan Integrated Transport Terminal, which will be completed by the end of 2010 further enhances connectivity for The Trillium.
