YTL Land's US$50 mil "Grove" sold out ahead of launch!

YTL Land & Development once again set another benchmark achievement for Sungei Besi properties when its latest offering, Grove at Lake Fields, were completely snapped up by buyers ahead of its launch.
The successful sales of Grove come fresh just after another extraordinary sell out of The Capers at Sentul East, only just months ago.
Commenting on the long queue, Tan Sri (Dr) Francis Yeoh said, “I thank our Lord Jesus for blessing us with this very positive response. This is because about 25 years ago, I started to sell homes to eager buyers and I instilled a culture of zero corruption in our staff and Directors that YTL does not take under table money from buyers.

Grove is the third phase of landed homes in Lake Fields, Sungei Besi developed by YTL Land & Development.
There were remarkable scenes - prior to the opening day sales of their preview units held for YTL valued buyers at the Grove Sales Office on Friday. Teeming crowds were seen lining up as early as Wednesday, setting up makeshift tents, overnighting outside the sales office, all wanting to be first in line to own a slice of their home ownership dream of the Grove.
By Friday afternoon, all 100% of the preview units were snapped up. It was the exact same scenario when the final batch of Grove semi-detached units were snapped up by 11am on the second day when it was released for sale.
With a starting price of RM1.8 million and a limited 102 units, the three storey lakeside semi-detached homes of Grove comes in two built sizes – 4,300 sq ft and 5,900 sq ft. with a choice of a sky garden or seven car park bays with lift access.
With a total of 4+1 bedrooms and en suite bedrooms, Grove’s master suite comes with a private terrace or outdoor shower, and the generous space of the homes is further reflected in its open and airy interior and floor-to-ceiling windows.
